Special, serene but close to Chaweng and Lamai

Everything at this beautiful boutique hotel is perfect. Staff, gardens, cottages, food, attention to detail, cannot be faulted. If you are looking for a special place away from, but close enough to the busy part of Chaweng, look no further. We will be back. Thanks for an amazing stay so far 🙏

Great facility with a lot of greenery.

We fell in love with this hotel in 2013 - back then it was still called "Poppies," but we have not been there since 2019. The greenery of the property fascinated us back then - there is no greener area in Chaweng. At Anavana, we found the property almost unchanged - very quiet beach, high cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. The proximity to various restaurants, shops, and massage parlors is ideal. The management was always approachable - due to our three-week stay, the shuttle to the airport was free.

Anavana is in a beautiful setting of tropical gardens and walkways, overlooking the glistening sea and white beach of Chaweng. We requested pick up from the ferry and Anavana arranged a bus to collect us. Our check in was amazing, with us being personally welcomed by the Manager on duty in her air conditioned office, as she provided us with a cold drink and gave us information on the hotel and Koh Samui activities we might be interested in. The rooms are stunning and clean and we loved the step down shower with the little indoor garden atrium. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was excellent.

Delicious Thai Flavors by the Sea

The restaurant has a beautiful seaside atmosphere with stunning ocean views and a relaxing vibe. The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic Thai flavors that suit Thai tastes perfectly. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. It’s a perfect place to enjoy great food while relaxing by the sea. Highly recommended!

Vacation in Paradise

Here, one feels like in paradise. Very friendly staff, very accommodating. We enjoyed the time from beginning to end and departed with a tearful eye.
