We had an absolutely amazing stay during our holidays in Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and set in a stunning location that truly feels like paradise. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made our stay even more special. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the little details taken care of. We truly couldn’t fault anything. This was one of those stays where you feel completely looked after and don’t want to leave. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui and would love to come back again in the future.

Stay in Anavana

The experience was really beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The rooms were exactly as I expected: clean, with a relaxing atmosphere and no noise. The staff was friendly and very prepared, the breakfast good.

The First Place We Think of When Going To Samui!!

Just a true Thai experience, with great service by the wonderful staff to go with the Thai style cottages. A nice relaxing atmosphere with a touch of the Thai culture via the different shows they have in the evenings.

Beautiful cottages and fantastic staff

Anavana is a little slice of heaven! The cottages are all private and surrounded by lush gardens. They are large and well appointed with lovely outdoor bathrooms and small decks with comfortable padded chairs. The staff is the friendliest we found in our 2 weeks in Thailand (and considering how gracious Thai people are, that's saying something). The location is perfect with access to the long white sand beach but is on the quieter end of the strip. We enjoyed the small bar and restaurant as well as a fire show one night and a Thai show another. The breakfast is great with savory Thai food as well as made to order egg dishes, fresh and dried fruit, homemade bread, nuts and small pastries. I would highly recommend this resort especially to people who appreciate privacy and are looking for a quieter location on this busy island.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful accommodation in traditional cabins right by the sea. Everything is beautifully clean and tidy—the staff cleans every morning. All the employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel garden feels like paradise. Breakfasts are varied and there is something for everyone. Sun loungers and towels are reserved for hotel guests free of charge. I would expect greater compensation for hotel guests in the price of food and drinks, which are very expensive by local standards. In summary, I would say that this is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Everything about our stay was very lovely.

Fantastic I had a wonderful memory of Poppies Samui and knowing it closed after covid had disappointed me very much then my wife found out that a new property had reopened it and had changed its name to Anavana , we booked and decided better we could not take it , it 's like stepping back in time and living in the dream of Thailand past , well-kept rooms, super clean , a fantastic garden with koj carp around , the staff always smiling and helpful , all really great !!! To try and stay there a few days ❤️
